By accessing and using LeadGenHub, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

2. Use of Services & Scraping Capabilities

LeadGenHub provides tools for data extraction from public directories, including Google Maps. You agree to use these tools responsibly and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding data scraping and unsolicited communications.

3. AI Data Enrichment

Our AI data enrichment features analyze public data on the internet to provide business insights. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to process any personal data retrieved via the Platform.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for Email Campaigns

You agree NOT to use LeadGenHub to send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or restricted content. Our automated email warmup and campaign tools must only be used with opt-in contacts or businesses with whom you have a legitimate B2B interest. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that generate excessive abuse complaints.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If a payment is not successfully settled, your account may be suspended.

6. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for changes.
